Welcome to Whyfal Club, a paid membership experience curated by Whyfal and run by The Funing H Q, a registered proprietorship. By subscribing to Whyfal Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership overview
Whyfal Club is a digital membership offering exclusive content and perks, such as audio notes, members-only issues (Whyfal Club Anka), live online sessions and calls, early announcements about workshops, merchandise and shows, and features of content made by members. What is included, and how often, is decided by us and shared with members in the community.
All benefits are delivered digitally through WhatsApp, email or Google Drive. We may modify, add or remove features at any time to improve the experience or adapt to changing formats. Members will be informed about major updates in advance.
2. Pricing and billing
- Membership is available as a Monthly plan (₹299 a month), a 6 Months plan (₹1,499) and a Yearly plan (₹2,499).
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Members who bought a plan earlier stay on that same plan, at the price they signed up for, for as long as that plan is valid.
- Pricing may change in the future. Members will be told in advance, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- All payments are processed securely by The Funing H Q through Razorpay.
- If we decide to discontinue Whyfal Club activities, you will be informed in advance and your membership and payments will be stopped in good time.
3. Cancellation, payment issues and access
- You may cancel at any time, using the manage link in your welcome email or by writing to club@whyfal.com.
- Requests sent by email are processed within 5 to 7 business days, no questions asked.
- Cancellation takes effect from the next payment cycle, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails or your plan is not renewed, your access to the Whyfal Club community (including WhatsApp, content and live sessions) may be revoked. We will usually message you first and allow a few days to sort it out.
- You can regain full access by rejoining and completing the payment.

4. Code of conduct
To keep the Club safe and respectful, members agree to:
- refrain from any discriminatory, abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards other members, whether in live sessions, WhatsApp conversations or in-person meetups under the Whyfal Club banner; and
- follow the community guidelines, which may be updated from time to time.
Breaking these norms may lead to temporary or permanent removal from the membership.
5. Age and access
There are currently no region restrictions for joining Whyfal Club. Membership is for people aged 13 and over. Members should be able to manage payments and communication through WhatsApp and email independently.
6. Delivery and communication
- Exclusive content is delivered through WhatsApp, email and Google Drive.
- When you join, you must give the WhatsApp number and email address you actively use, and please enter your name and city in English. This is essential for us to add you to the community and make sure you receive every update.
- Whyfal Club is not responsible for content you miss because of incorrect or inactive contact details, or because of platform outages beyond our control.
7. Intellectual property
All audio notes, newsletters, event details and other digital material shared with you as part of the membership are the intellectual property of Whyfal and may not be reproduced, shared or distributed without explicit permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be told about major changes by email or WhatsApp.

Whyfal Club मध्ये आपले स्वागत आहे! हा Whyfal कडून सादर केलेला आणि The Funing H Q (नोंदणीकृत प्रोप्रायटरशिप) द्वारे चालवला जाणारा सशुल्क सदस्यत्व अनुभव आहे. Whyfal Club सदस्यत्व घेऊन आपण खालील अटी व शर्ती मान्य करत आहात. कृपया यांचा काळजीपूर्वक अभ्यास करा.
१. सदस्यत्वाचा आढावा
Whyfal Club हे डिजिटल स्वरूपातील सदस्यत्व आहे, ज्यामध्ये खास कंटेंट आणि सुविधा मिळतात, जसे की ऑडिओ नोट्स, व्हायफळ क्लब अंक, लाईव्ह ऑनलाईन सेशन्स व कॉल्स, आगामी वर्कशॉप्स, मर्चेंडाइझ आणि शोबद्दल लवकर सूचना, आणि सदस्यांनी बनवलेल्या कंटेंटचे फीचर. यात नेमके काय आणि किती वेळा मिळेल हे आम्ही ठरवू आणि कम्युनिटीमध्ये सदस्यांना कळवू.
सर्व सुविधा WhatsApp, ईमेल किंवा Google Drive द्वारे डिजिटल स्वरूपात दिल्या जातात. अनुभव अधिक चांगला करण्यासाठी किंवा स्वरूपानुसार बदल करण्यासाठी आम्ही कोणतीही सुविधा काढू, वाढवू किंवा बदलू शकतो. महत्त्वाचे बदल झाल्यास सदस्यांना पूर्वसूचना दिली जाईल.
२. किंमत व बिलिंग
- सदस्यत्व तीन प्लॅनमध्ये उपलब्ध आहे: मासिक (₹२९९ दर महिन्याला), ६ महिने (₹१,४९९) आणि वार्षिक (₹२,४९९).
- तुम्ही रद्द करेपर्यंत तुमचा प्लॅन प्रत्येक कालावधीच्या शेवटी आपोआप नूतनीकृत होतो.
- आधी खरेदी केलेल्या प्लॅनवरील सदस्य, तो प्लॅन वैध असेपर्यंत त्याच प्लॅनवर आणि साइन-अपच्या वेळी ठरलेल्या किमतीत सुरू राहतील.
- भविष्यात किंमतीत बदल होऊ शकतो. सदस्यांना तो आधी कळवला जाईल, आणि आधीच भरलेल्या कालावधीवर त्याचा परिणाम होणार नाही.
- सर्व पेमेंट्स The Funing H Q द्वारे Razorpay वर सुरक्षितपणे प्रक्रिया केली जातात.
- जर Whyfal Club चे उपक्रम बंद करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला, तर त्याची माहिती तुम्हाला आधीच दिली जाईल आणि तुमचे सदस्यत्व व पेमेंट वेळेवर थांबवले जाईल.
३. रद्द करणे, पेमेंट समस्या आणि प्रवेश
- आपण कधीही सदस्यत्व रद्द करू शकता, स्वागत ईमेलमधील manage लिंकवरून किंवा club@whyfal.com या ईमेलवर आम्हाला लिहून.
- ईमेलने आलेली तुमची विनंती आम्ही ५–७ व्यावसायिक दिवसांत प्रक्रिया करू, कोणतेही प्रश्न विचारले जाणार नाहीत.
- रद्द केलेले सदस्यत्व पुढील पेमेंट सायकलपासून लागू होईल, आणि आधीच भरलेला कालावधी संपेपर्यंत तुमचा प्रवेश सुरू राहील.
- जर पेमेंट अयशस्वी झाले किंवा सदस्यत्व नूतनीकृत झाले नाही, तर Whyfal Club समुदायात (WhatsApp, कंटेंट, लाईव्ह सेशन्स) प्रवेश बंद केला जाऊ शकतो. त्याआधी आम्ही सहसा तुम्हाला संपर्क करून काही दिवसांचा अवधी देतो.
- सदस्यत्व पुन्हा घेतल्यावर आणि यशस्वी पेमेंट पूर्ण केल्यावर पूर्ण प्रवेश पुन्हा मिळवता येईल.

४. वर्तन संहिता
सुरक्षित आणि आदरपूर्वक वातावरण राखण्यासाठी, सदस्यांनी पुढील गोष्टी पाळाव्यात:
- लाईव्ह सेशन्स, WhatsApp संभाषणे किंवा Whyfal Club अंतर्गत प्रत्यक्ष भेटी दरम्यान कोणत्याही प्रकारचे अपमानास्पद, भेदभावपूर्ण किंवा अनुचित वर्तन करू नये.
- समुदाय मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांचे पालन करणे आवश्यक आहे. हे मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वे वेळोवेळी अद्यतनित केली जाऊ शकतात.
या अटींचा भंग झाल्यास सदस्यत्व तात्पुरते किंवा कायमचे रद्द केले जाऊ शकते.
५. वय व प्रवेश
Whyfal Club मध्ये सध्या कोणतीही भौगोलिक मर्यादा नाही. सदस्यत्व १३ वर्षे आणि त्याहून अधिक वयाच्या व्यक्तींसाठी आहे. तथापि, सदस्यांनी WhatsApp आणि ईमेल द्वारे स्वयंपूर्णपणे व्यवहार आणि पेमेंट्स हाताळण्यास सक्षम असावे.
६. वितरण व संवाद
- सर्व विशेष सामग्री WhatsApp, ईमेल आणि Google Drive द्वारे दिली जाते.
- सदस्यत्व घेताना सक्रिय WhatsApp नंबर आणि ईमेल आयडी देणे आवश्यक आहे, आणि कृपया तुमचे नाव व शहर इंग्रजीत लिहा. त्यामुळेच आम्ही तुम्हाला समुदायात समाविष्ट करू शकतो आणि सर्व अद्यतनं पाठवू शकतो.
- चुकीचा किंवा निष्क्रिय संपर्क क्रमांक/ईमेल दिल्यास किंवा आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेर असलेल्या तांत्रिक अडचणीमुळे सामग्री न मिळाल्यास Whyfal Club जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
७. बौद्धिक संपदा
सदस्यत्व अंतर्गत प्रदान केलेले सर्व ऑडिओ नोट्स, न्यूजलेटर, इव्हेंट माहिती व इतर डिजिटल सामग्री Whyfal ची बौद्धिक संपत्ती आहे. ही सामग्री परवानगीशिवाय पुनरुत्पादित, शेअर किंवा वितरित केली जाऊ शकत नाही.
८. अटींमध्ये बदल
Whyfal Club या अटी व शर्ती कोणत्याही वेळी अद्यतनित करू शकते. महत्त्वाच्या बदलांबद्दल तुम्हाला WhatsApp किंवा ईमेलद्वारे सूचना दिली जाईल.
