Privacy Policy

Whyfal Club is a paid, members-only community at club.whyfal.com, run by The Funing H Q, a registered proprietorship. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who can see it.

What we collect

When you join: your name, age, city, WhatsApp number and email address, and the plan you chose. When you pay, Razorpay collects your card, UPI or bank details directly. We never see or store them. We receive only your subscription ID and its status (active, paused, cancelled and so on), so we know whether your membership is current.

How we use it

• To create and manage your membership and confirm your payments.
• To add you to the Whyfal Club WhatsApp community and give you access to members-only content on Google Drive.
• To email you about your membership, such as your welcome email, and to message you if there is a problem with a payment.
• To invite members to Whyfal Club live calls.
• To keep the club safe and running properly.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. If you take part in club content, such as calls or posts, we will only feature you in testimonials or shared content with your permission.

Who can see it

Only the Whyfal Club team. We use these services to run the club: Razorpay (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Google (email, contacts, Drive and Meet, used through our team accounts) and WhatsApp (community messaging). They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

Google user data

Our team connects the club’s own Google accounts to this site so that it can save member contacts, share and unshare the members-only Google Drive folder, send email from club@whyfal.com, and create Google Meet events with calendar invitations. The site uses Google data only for those accounts and only for those purposes.

Whyfal Club’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising, we do not sell it, and nobody reads it except as needed to run these features, for security, or to comply with the law.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded YouTube video and the Razorpay checkout may set their own cookies, under their own policies.

How we protect it

The site runs over HTTPS, the database is on a secured hosting service, the team dashboard is password protected, and the Google connections are stored encrypted. Access is limited to the Whyfal Club team.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your membership is active, and afterwards so you can rejoin easily. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, opt out of messages that are not about your membership, or withdraw your consent, by emailing club@whyfal.com. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer give you access to the Club. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the link in your welcome email.
